Properties	L-Ascorbic Acid is a white or light yellow crystalline powder, easily soluble in water, acidic, and easily decomposed and ineffective when exposed to light and heat.
Functions and Uses	Enhance immunity: Vitamin C can improve the immune response of aquatic animals and enhance resistance to pathogens such as viruses, bacteria and parasites. Promote growth and development: Vitamin C participates in the synthesis of collagen, promotes the normal development of bones, skin and scales, and improves the growth performance of aquatic animals.
